Cookie Policy

Last updated 27 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in the same way. In this policy we call all of them cookies.

2. How we use cookies

We keep cookies on novainstall.com to a minimum. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in our cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These are not used for analytics or marketing and cannot be switched off:

  • nv-consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 12 months.

  • nv-intro (session storage): stops the opening animation replaying during your visit. Deleted when you close the tab.

4. Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors find and use our site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses.

  • _ga: tells visitors apart. Kept for up to 2 years.

  • _ga_ followed by an ID: keeps track of your visit. Kept for up to 2 years.

If you choose Reject, or make no choice, these cookies are not set. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com.

5. Other websites

Booking a demo opens Calendly, and some links take you to LinkedIn. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.

6. Managing your choices

  • Change your cookie settings at any time. Your new choice applies straight away.

  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
